Program Overview

The Medication Aide program is designed for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to expand their scope of practice. In just 40 hours, you'll learn safe medication administration techniques and earn your state certification.

  • Prerequisite: Valid CNA License Required
  • Certification: Georgia State Medication Aide Certification
  • Format: Classroom instruction with hands-on practice

Prerequisites

  • Valid CNA License: Must have current Georgia CNA certification
