Program Requirements

• Valid CNA license
• Two forms of ID
• High school/GED diploma

National License Exam Information

• Exam Fee: Included in tuition
• The exam comprises 100 questions
• You can attempt the exam up to three times in one year. If not passed by the third attempt, you have to wait one year to retake.
• Retake Fee: $152.00

The National License Exam for EKG Technicians can be taken online at Mentee College.
